How To BUY
You can click on every item individually listed to see the full details about that specific item and its price. There is also confirmation of whether the item can be shipped or if it needs to be collected from our showrooms.
Our prices will be shown in £GBP, (although there will be an option to show the cost on other currencies).
Due to the nature of our stock, large or fragile items will be collection only. We are happy to discuss individual shipping requirements with customers or their shipping agents.
You will have the option to add an item to your cart and continue shopping or proceed to a secure checkout page.
Overseas buyers will be responsible for any import duties or tax. Please see further details on International Deliveries in Delivery T&C’s below.
It’s All in The Delivery…
MAINLAND DELIVERY UK
We cannot offer delivery as standard for items that cannot be safely shipped using a reliable national parcel courier, i.e. larger and/or fragile items that fall outside of the parcel courier service. We cannot guarantee that delivery issues will not arise with couriers and end up disappointing customers. We do have a small number of trusted and reliable point-to-point couriers that we use, but their routes are limited. Therefore, if you require delivery of any item identified as ‘Collection Only’ then please contact us prior to buying and we will check availability and pricing with our preferred couriers. If one of our couriers can offer a favourable price and time for you, we will ask that payments are made in cash directly to the courier on delivery. On smaller and less fragile items however wherever possible we will ship you item to you using our preferred courier companies or delivering them ourselves if you are within a 20 mile radius of either of our showrooms and at a modest charge. In the event that an item is available for national parcel courier delivery, prices for Mainland UK delivery are shown with each product. However, if you have any questions regarding delivery or would like a combined price for more than one item, please get in touch info@retroheist.com and we would be happy to help.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
For the same reasons as above, we are no longer offering International packing and shipping services. If you are outside of the Mainland UK delivery area, we recommend organising your own arrangement for collection of the item from us. However in some cases, where an item is small, we may be able to offer an international delivery service - but this will be on a case-by-case basis, so please contact us at info@retroheist.com, stating the item(s) you are interested in and delivery address and we will get back to you with options and prices.
CLICK & COLLECT
If you would like to collect from us, all you need to do is select Click and Collect as you check out. You will then be able to collect in person or send a courier to pick up from either of our showrooms.
DELIVERY OF FRAGILE ITEMS
In some cases we will not send fragile items via postal or national courier network as we cannot guarantee your fragile items will arrive safely. These items can only be delivered using point-to-point courier to ensure that they remain in one piece. Alternatively, you can visit us to collect.
