Not sure what to make of this weird and somewhat scary bit of strange “Quackery” Looks like the sort of thing only Dr.Frankenstein would be using !!
Original bill of sale from Paris, comes with instructions for use, (which we have browsed through and decided that you have to take a brave pill or two before plugging this in and pointing it anywhere near your body !)
